People need to sit up and listen. Never have there been so many nursing vacancies! Hell bent on ruining the NHS as a whole!I found it so sad whilst in hospital in London last week. One young man,ex army, auxiliary nurse was fantastic. I asked him if he would consider training to NEWBORN BABY NURSE a qualified nurse and his reply was…I would love to but cannot now afford too given they are taking away the bursaries . A sad reflection where those who have the right attributes and skills to be the perfect nurse…but sadly don’t have the money …it just shouldn’t come down to this .
That’s disgusting… What makes them think they deserve a NICU NURSE NEWBORN BABY NURSE when nurses are working they’re arses off to save a life, while the the chiefs are destroying them… Oooh makes me angry. This RN posted a very informative video and has been reported to the Board of Nursing! She is just telling it like it is.
So 50% of the students failed and it’s good that that school is on probation. NEWBORN BABY NURSE of the reasons you can’t “crank out” nurses to meet demand is because there are not enough qualified nursing educators and that’s been a problem for decades. On the other hand, 50% passed, so the information needed must have been in the curriculum, just not taught well. For those of you that failed, rather than let that education and money go to waste, my advice is to take a review course and try the exam again. You can take the N-CLEX exam on-line up to 8 times with a 45 day waiting period in between each exam. As a group, I’d also ask the school to pick up the cost of the review program and make sure it’s a review program that isn’t affiliated with the school. Good luck on your next try.
