I just rediscovered this site and updated my profile. I’ve enjoyed LOVE KNITTING so much this fall that I can imagine someday becoming an active member of this site. I even have a sock pattern saved from back when I first joined in 2009, when I originally learned to knit.
Incredible yarn at great prices. The only yarn I use. The ympression havre the super best yarn, so soft and it’s called Bernat Pop. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Blessings to all. Randndolph
Their products are the result of some of the most inhumane “harvesting” techniques possible.
Animals are mulitated while LOVE KNITTING alive and are then discarded while still alive.
They are appropriately named except what they really don’t give a “sh*t” about is human decency.
Their ridiculous prices are nothing more than blood money…literally.
If you must wear animal parts at least buy them from someone who doesn’t torture the creatures before they kill them.
So, I tried the sock from Ruby, and created a sock that would fit a giant frog. LOVE KNITTING I have no clue what I did wrong, I did exactly what she said, and my result looks nothing like hers.. I will just put it to the side for now, and try this:

I was asked recently if I was LOVE KNITTING any Christmas gifts. I did several sets of the Santa boot cuffs, fingerless gloves and hat sets and the other two sets are from this new yarn called “cakes” that has the color changes right in the yarn so no weaving in yarn when you change colors. What are my fellow knitters doing for gifts this year? My knitting is limited due to arthritis. I can only endure for about an hour at a time.
